Dubois Museum Day

Hi All,

This week's foray with Betty & Walt was to the Museum Days celebration in Dubois (du-BOYS) WY.

How about a WW II era jeep converted to a fire engine!

A stunning wildlife quilt

A taxidermist working on a pronghorn. First step is to build up the structure to the correct shape.

Then the hide is pinned and glued on. These two pictures were taken about 90 minutes apart.

The museum has several small cabins restored and moved to the museum grounds-including a gas station.

Tom creates spear points and arrowheads from flint and obsidian using a copper tool.
Great fun. Thanks again Walt & Betty.

Love,
