Hi All,
As we get closer to our departure, we've been eating out a lot. Between Carl's birthday and final dinners out with friends, we have only eaten dinner at home twice in the last eight days.
Today the park had a farewell lunch for us and Herb & Marilyn. Here are the volunteers with Superintendant Chris Hughes.
We got a very complimentary letter, a gift certificate from the park gift shop and an invitation to come back.
After dinner out with Evalyn, she took us to her favorite spot to watch the sun set, County Dock Rd.
It was not hard to see why Evalyn & Jim loved this spot.
One more day of packing and getting organized and we head north for a leisurely, two week trip up to Massachusetts.
