Hi All,
Our delightful day included a walk where we encountered two Sandhill cranes up close, a trip to the movies where we saw "The Artist" and dinner out with Millie & the Kates'. topped off with a game of dominos.

No spotting scope here, these birds let us get within about 8 feet of them.
And they trusted us enough to feed while we were this close
