Hi All,
Tara went all out decorating the house for graduation including this large banner.
We were so happy that Alan & Barbara flew down to join us. Here they are catching up with Tara and Wyatt.
This is the entire graduating class from their home school group. Since it was such a small group, parents got to write and deliver a tribute to their child. We got a real sense of what these young women and men were like. It was unlike any graduation we had ever attended and it was wonderful.
The program for the ceremony included photos of each graduate and a statement of thanks and their hopes for the future
Garret won the humor award as he concluded his with,"I plan on becoming an orthodontist so if you bring in this program, I will give you 15% off your braces."
Back at the house the crowd grew as family and friends gathered to celebrate and eat tons of food including the cake.
Many of Garrett's friends were there and soon they gravitated to the hot tub.
It was a wonderful day and we are both immensely proud of our graduate.Sandy & Carl
